I wanted to be a cowboy when I grew up.  That didn’t happen so I aimed to become bigger than the Beatles.  That didn’t come together either so I adjusted my plan and started writing songs for, well, mostly me.  I certainly made my rounds as a Bay Area musician performing as both a soloist and within a number of rock & roll cover bands but found a lot more gratification in writing and recording my own material.  Music has been my passion for longer than the first airing of Happy Days and will remain my passion for as long as my mind and body will allow.

If you take the time to delve into my songs, especially those that I have written over the last two decades, you’ll hear a mix of influences.  I have absorbed the vast space stretching between Donald Fagen & John Denver and am inspired to go wherever the mood takes me.  As the old saying goes – “I am not here for a long time, but for a good time.”  This is my path and music is my form of transportation.

I hope you take the time to listen to some of my songs and, if you happen to embrace just one of them, then it will have all been worthwhile.
